Our medical team started their day by heading out to visit the Ministry of Public Health in Bujumbura. Our doctor presented his medical credentials and an affidavit stating our group had arrived with medical supplies to help refugees in the Bubanza province. Once the documents were reviewed we received official government approval for our first medical clinic!
