OnCall sent a team to Bubanza, Burundi as a follow up to a large international medical outreach with Times Square Church in 2007. The trip was full of unexpected adventures. Burundi 2009: We’re back!!!
Although we have a few team members who stayed around in Burundi past our scheduled return to take care of a few remaining administrative tasks; the majority of our team returned to the US last Thursday around 2:30 pm. Burundi 2009: Bubanza Clinic – Day Five
The Lord blessed us on Monday; we actually were able to head back to Bubanza and open up the clinic one last time. Two of our student volunteers / interpreters are actually from Bujumbura; so they were able find other interpreters for us from among their friends.
